At Willi's Ski & Board, we want to ensure you are fully prepared for the slopes; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective gear or manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or bring it directly to one of our retail stores for faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear to ensure it is in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
