Do you offer professional binding mounting and adjustment?

Yes, we offer professional mounting services. If you purchase both skis and bindings from us, mounting is included. Please note that for your safety, bindings must be adjusted in person by a certified technician using your actual ski boots.

What is your return policy for winter gear?

We accept returns on unused, unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on mounted skis or safety equipment like helmets if the packaging has been compromised.

How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Due to the size of skis and snowboards, these items are shipped via specialized carriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.

Does Willi's Ski & Board offer a price match guarantee?

We strive to offer the best prices in the industry. If you find an identical, in-stock item at an authorized US retailer for a lower price, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to match it.

How should I maintain my new equipment?

We recommend waxing your base every 3-5 days of riding and getting a professional edge tune-up at the start and end of every season. Always dry your equipment thoroughly before storing it in a bag to prevent edge rust.
